Job Title: Picker
Location: Toranahalli, Bangalore
Vacancies: 20
Take-Home Salary: ₹23,500 per month
Shift: 8 hours
Working Days: 26 days/month
Job Description
We are hiring Pickers for a warehouse operation in Toranahalli, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from the warehouse, sorting items, and preparing orders for further processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from designated warehouse locations according to orders.
- Check product quantities and item details before picking.
- Sort and organize picked products properly.
- Pack and prepare items for dispatch as required.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain accuracy while picking and handling inventory.
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other warehouse team members.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a team and meet daily targets.
