Job Description
- Sales Strategy & Target Setting:Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with overall corporate goals.
- Establish quotas, forecasts, and action plans for districts, branches, or team members.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to spot new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives and area managers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, ride-alongs/field visits, and skill-coaching sessions.
- Manage regional sales budgets, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
- Client & Account Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Assist the team with high-stakes negotiations, major deal closures, and customer escalation issues.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Monitor CRM data and compile regular sales performance reports for senior management.
- Adjust regional tactics proactively based on monthly and quarterly sales variances.
