Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCollect packed orders from the dark store/store counter and verify the order ID and bag count before leaving.
- Deliver orders safely and on time using the delivery app and the shortest route.
- Handle cash-on-delivery collection accurately and deposit it daily at the store.
- Be polite and professional with customers, and confirm delivery via OTP or app.
- Handle packages carefully, especially perishables, frozen items, eggs, and glass.
- Report failed deliveries, customer complaints, or address issues to the store incharge immediately.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
- Keep the vehicle, delivery bag, and uniform clean and presentable.
- Support returns or replacements when a customer raises an issue.
- Eligibility and RequirementsAge: 18-40 years
- Education: 10th pass preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior delivery experience is a plus
- Own vehicle: Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance [or company-provided]
- Documents: Valid driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, and a smartphone with data
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of local areas, streets, and landmarks
- Language: Telugu required; basic Hindi/English is a plus
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app (training provided)
