Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented In-Shop Promoters to promote and sell Pureit water purifiers at retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for explaining product features, assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand visibility.
Roles and Responsibilities
Promote Pureit water purifiers inside retail stores.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate sales.
Maintain attractive product displays and brand visibility.
Coordinate with store staff and the sales team.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Maintain daily sales reports and update the supervisor.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any qualification.
Experience: 6 months to 4 years.
Preferred Industry: Home Appliances, Large Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Water Purifiers, RO/UV Systems, or Geysers.
Preferred Experience: In-Shop Promoter, Sales Promoter, Retail Sales Executive, or Product Demonstrator.
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, convincing, and sales skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
Benefits: PF, ESI, and Health Insurance.
Shift Details
Shift: General Shift.
Weekly Off: One rotational off.
