Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with good practical knowledge of Tally to handle day-to-day accounting entries, billing, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally / Tally Prime.
• Enter sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers in Tally.
• Maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Record cash and bank transactions accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Track pending payments and coordinate for payment follow-ups.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with GST-related entries and monthly reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Must have practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Must be able to handle daily Tally entries independently.
• Basic knowledge of GST, billing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Accuracy in data entry and financial record maintenance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
