Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION (Experience in Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Food Company)
- Joining: Immediate Joining
- Language: Hindi is compulsory because our chefs are comfortable communicating in it. (English/Malyalam/Tamil is an added advantage)
- Kitchens to Manage: 5–6 cloud kitchens
- Cloud Kitchen experience is mandatory
- Continental Knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end operations management across all assigned kitchens
- Inventory management and stock accuracy
- Staff hiring, onboarding, and training
- Driving zero operational errors and no wrong order deliveries
- Training teams on managing multi-LAN operations and ensuring seamless kitchen coordination
- Working from kitchens and flexible with working hours
