Area Sales Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
- Responsible for managing and driving sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the assigned area. - Oversee sales operations and achieve targets in Coimbatore region. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners to increase business. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales efforts. - Requires strong sales acumen and ability to work independently in a competitive environment. - Role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. - Candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer base. - Experience in financial products sales, especially secured loans, is advantageous. - Ability to manage a team or work cross-functionally may be required depending on organizational structure.Job role
