Position: Car Sales Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
- 💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAttend showroom customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Maruti Suzuki models, features, specifications, pricing and offers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and vehicle sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration and Delivery teams.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- 🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience.
- Two-wheeler sales OR four-wheeler sales experience is accepted.
- Automobile showroom sales experience preferred.
- Candidates from bike dealerships, car dealerships, automobile retail sales or related sales roles can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Tamil and basic English communication preferred.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
