Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Navo Cloud is looking for a Business Development Executive to promote and sell cloud and IT solutions across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable IT solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.

The role involves working closely with the technical team to ensure excellent customer experience and achieve assigned sales targets.

Looking for candidates fluent in Hindi from any part of India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and customer interactions.
• Handle incoming sales and basic technical enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Promote Cloud Hosting, VPS & Dedicated Servers, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Email Solutions, and Managed IT Services.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for hosting, emails, websites, and related services.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and technical queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
• Maintain customer, sales, and support records.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, updates, and service requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, emails, and IT services.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to manage both sales and basic technical support.
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Candidates with a Computer Science / IT background are preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates must be willing to work from office in Erode.
