Job Description
About the Role
The Business Development Executive will support business development and team-building activities, including identifying
prospective customers and candidates, building relationships, supporting financial advisors, and contributing to
business growth in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, field activity, and digital
channels.
• Identify, approach, and onboard suitable Financial Advisors / agents and support them in business
development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, advisors, and prospective candidates.
• Support advisors with lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, and business planning.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate activity and business records.
• Achieve assigned monthly recruitment, business, and activity targets.
• Participate in branch meetings, training programs, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Follow company processes, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
