Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business segments.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales pipelines and reports.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Strong client relationship and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
