Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition through field sales.

The role involves identifying prospective customers, promoting broadband and fiber internet services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and local marketing growth activities.
• Acquire new residential and business customers.
• Promote and sell broadband, fiber, and internet plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with installation and support teams for timely service activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Gather market and competitor insights.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• 0–3 years of Experience.
• Telecommunication/ ISP domain experience is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in ISP, B2C, Fiber/FTTH, Broadband, or Telecom field sales are preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel.
• The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, understanding business needs, solving problems and creating new revenue opportunities.
