Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Expansion Manager to lead the establishment of new Ultron Computers branches across different cities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable locations, coordinating rental and interior work, managing vendors, arranging branch requirements, coordinating recruitment, supporting marketing activities and ensuring the new branch is ready for successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate new branch locations

* Conduct market and competitor research

* Coordinate rental/lease discussions

* Manage interior, signage and infrastructure work

* Coordinate with vendors and contractors

* Coordinate recruitment and branch setup

* Plan and execute branch launch activities

* Travel to different cities for branch expansion

* Monitor newly opened branches and support their initial operations

Requirements:

* 3–7 years of experience in business expansion / branch expansion / retail operations / business development

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Good knowledge of local markets

* Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and teams

* Willingness to travel extensively

* Strong ownership and problem-solving skills

* Experience in opening new stores/branches will be an advantage
