Summary:

This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and process improvements. The position also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and process needs. Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and facilitate seamless integration of new systems.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
