Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, your day involves carefully examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. You spend time working closely with various business users to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements. Throughout the day, you focus on developing strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. You also design mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback to ensure that processes continue to evolve and improve over time. Collaboration and thoughtful analysis are central to your role, enabling you to support the organization in achieving smoother and more productive operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align teams on process design.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design.
- Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
