CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Turning Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC turning/lathe machines, setting tools, loading and unloading components, monitoring machining operations, checking dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and ensuring production is carried out as per drawing specifications and quality standards. The operator should have basic knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, machine maintenance, cutting parameters, and production handling. Candidates must be able to read engineering drawings, maintain production records, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and quality departments to achieve daily production targets. Experience in handling precision components, maintaining machine cleanliness, reducing rejection, and troubleshooting minor machine issues will be an added advantage. Candidates with ITI/Diploma qualification and experience in CNC turning operations are preferred. Salary offered will be ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on experience, skill level, and machine handling capability.
