Job Description

  1. Collect payments from B2B clients, franchise partners, and B2C customers.
  2. Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
  3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  4. Maintain payment records, receipts, and outstanding reports.
  5. Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Branch teams regarding pending payments.
  6. Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits when required.
  7. Resolve payment-related queries and coordinate for invoice discrepancies.
  8. Update collection status regularly in company software or Excel.
  9. Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
  10. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely payment recovery.
