Job Description
1. Team Management: Manage and supervise the collection team, including collection executives and telecallers.
2. Collection Targets: Set monthly collection targets and ensure the team achieves them.
3. Payment Follow-up: Monitor overdue payments and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
4. Team Performance: Track employee performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
5. Customer Handling: Handle customer complaints, payment disputes, and escalated cases.
6. Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to management.
7. Outstanding Monitoring: Monitor pending payments, overdue accounts, and outstanding amounts.
8. Collection Strategy: Develop effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce overdue payments.
9. Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and management teams regarding payment status.
10. Compliance: Ensure the team follows company policies and maintains professional communication with customers.
11. Field Collection: Monitor field visits and ensure proper follow-up with customers when required.
12. Recovery Performance: Analyse collection data and take corrective action to achieve recovery targets.
