Content Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate content across Animeta’s WhatsApp Chatbot, Mobile App, Website, and marketing channels. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, updated, approved, and delivered on time across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage content across Website, Mobile App, WhatsApp Bot, and digital platforms.

- Update and maintain product, service, campaign, and customer-facing content.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Sales, Product, and Technology teams for content requirements.

- Support the Marketing team with campaign and promotional content.

- Coordinate with the Design team for creatives, banners, brochures, and other content materials.

- Support the Sales team with product information, presentations, brochures, and sales materials.

- Review and proofread content before publishing.

- Ensure content is accurate, updated, and consistent across all platforms.

- Coordinate regional-language content and translations when required.

- Manage content requests, approvals, revisions, and timely execution.

- Coordinate with internal teams for content updates, implementation, and follow-ups.

- Track content requirements and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Good understanding of digital platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of CMS, Website, Mobile App, and WhatsApp Bot content management.

- Ability to manage content in multiple languages is an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Operations, Content Management, Digital Content, or a similar role.
