Counter Sales Executive

1. Front Office & Customer Handling

• Welcome customers and understand their tyre/service requirements.
• Create job cards and record accurate customer and vehicle details.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding customer requirements and service status.
• Provide customers with updates on job progress, pricing, and delivery time.
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

2. Billing & Cash Management

• Prepare accurate invoices for tyres, wheel alignment, balancing, and other services.
• Generate GST invoices where applicable.
• Collect cash, UPI, card, and other payments.
• Maintain daily sales and payment records.
• Verify cash and digital payment collections at the end of the day.
• Handle credit/customer outstanding records as instructed by management.

3. Administration

• Maintain customer records, invoices, job cards, and other documents.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with quotations and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office.
• Prepare daily sales and collection reports for management.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST invoices and payment methods.
• Good numerical and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to work in a busy tyre/service environment.
• Tamil and English communication preferred.
