Counter Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers, showcase our saree collections, understand their occasion needs, and provide a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet every customer with a warm welcome, understand their preferences (festival, bridal, daily wear, budget), and help them select the right sarees.
• Product Knowledge: Explain the details of different fabrics, weaves, zari work, and care instructions clearly to customers.
• Showing & Draping Assistance: Patiently open, display, and fold sarees neatly before and after showing them to customers.
• Sales & Upselling: Assist customers with matching blouses, petticoats, or add-on festive pieces to close sales effectively.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the saree racks, shelves, and display counters clean, well-organized, and properly stocked.
• Billing & Support: Assist at the counter or coordinate with the billing team for smooth checkout and customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Female (preferred for draping/fitting assistance in women's ethnic wear).
• Experience: Prior retail sales experience in sarees, boutiques, or ethnic wear is a strong plus
• Communication Skills: Good fluency in Tamil and basic english
• Personality: Patient, cheerful, neat appearance, and passionate about fashion and textiles.
