Job Description
Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer data, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves handling customer interactions, analyzing data, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives through effective CRM practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate customer information
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer insights
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities and campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve retention
- Generate reports on customer behavior and CRM performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience
