Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in data governance and master data management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex data issues.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP MDG applications to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
