Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into internal applications and databases.
- Verify source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Review entered data and correct errors when identified.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies.
- Perform basic data validation and quality checks.
- Organize and maintain electronic records.
- Report data discrepancies or system issues to the supervisor.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
