Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer who has practical experience in hardware troubleshooting, desktop/laptop support, and Gaming PC assembly & configuration.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with computer hardware and can independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, configure and troubleshoot Desktop & Gaming PCs
• Install and configure Windows OS, drivers and required software
• Perform hardware replacement and upgrades such as RAM, SSD, HDD, GPU, SMPS, etc.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
• Handle Gaming PC configuration, component compatibility and basic troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot display, boot, power, overheating and performance-related issues
• Install and configure printers and other peripheral devices
• Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Visit client locations when required for installation/service support
• Maintain service records and update tickets properly

Must-Have Skills✅ 1–3 years of relevant Desktop / Hardware Support experience – Mandatory

✅ Hands-on experience in Desktop & Gaming PC Assembly – Preferred

✅ Good knowledge of computer hardware components

✅ Hardware troubleshooting & replacement experience

✅ Windows installation, configuration & troubleshooting

✅ RAM/SSD/GPU/SMPS upgrades and replacement

✅ Good customer handling skills

✅ Willingness to travel for client visits when required
