Position: Senior Digital Marketer – Google & Meta Ads

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Experience: 3–5 Years

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Performance Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, optimising performance, analysing data and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective budget utilisation.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and retargeting strategies.
• Develop and optimise lead generation, webinar, VSL and sales funnels.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CAPI.
• Coordinate landing pages, CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them profitably.
• Work closely with creative, sales and funnel teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and PPC.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 and GTM.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage, optimise and scale campaigns.
