Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural and working drawings for residential projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings as per design requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with Architects, Structural and MEP teams.
- Make revisions based on site conditions, client requirements, and project changes.
- Prepare drawings suitable for execution at site and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with site engineers to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of residential construction details and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to coordinate with site teams and visit project sites when required.
