01.Maintenance Works:

·      Electrical daily inspection of panel board, DB box in all floor & basement area, this will be daily routine work.

·      DG A check will be done every day.

·      All floors & patients room rounding.

·      Checking plumbing fixtures & electric issues, if found any issues, issues will be rectified soon as possible.

·      BESCOM, DG, BWSSB water meter reading taking.

·      Heat pump inspection done in daily routine & making sure all patients room has hot water.

02. Bio Medical:

·      Biomedical waste management follow up and biomedical instruments like autoclave machine coil replacement,oxygen concentrator and suction machine motor repair. Patients’cot side railings and hydraulic issues, weldingworks follow up with vendors, cot wheels replacements

03. Pest control:

·      Daily rounds done for patients’room for bedbugs’inspection, if found bedbugs first stage action taken like usingsteamer machine, and inform to pest control vendor, and also PG Visiting done regarding pest issues, and every15 days pest control will be done in PG, and every week pest control follow up and work will be done

04. House keeping:

·      General area Cleaning follow up, general waste clearing coordinate with BBMP and bio medical waste clearingfollow up with Maridi team and housekeeping team

05. Purchasing:

·      Purchasing of Materials for Electrical, plumbing, IT, wheel chair spares and painting, carpentry from local Shopand KR Market, all centres Diesel purchase done for Genset Purpose

06. P.G:

·      Electrical and Plumbing works, Cot Shifting and Cot Fixing, pest control work, Beds Purchase, painting follow up,weekly once visiting done and BESCOM bills, BWSSB bills collecting and handover to accounts

07. Vendor:

·      Genset, Lift, AC, water purifier vendor management.

·      BBMP waste, Biomedical waste, food waste follow up work.
