Fashion Designer Job description:
This role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with designers and tailors, ensuring top-quality standards, and delivering finished products to our customers. The ideal candidate has a fashion technology background, a valid driving license, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality fabrics, embroidery and lining materials from existing suppliers.
- Coordinate with design team, tailors and aari workers to oversee garment production, ensuring timelines, designs, and specifications are met.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, identifying and resolving any defects to uphold boutique standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Technology or a related field.
- Valid Indian driving license with a clean record and ability to drive locally (two-wheeler).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and production processes.
- Familiarity with fashion software a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for sourcing.
