Job Description

Feet-on-Street (FOS) / Field Officer (Agri & MSME Loans)


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate loan leads through active field work and customer interaction.
  • Collect, verify, and process KYC and customer documentation.
  • Use digital platforms like the Salesforce FOS / SBOSS Assist App for loan processing.
  • Submit daily reports on field performance and lead status. [1, 2, 3]
  • Eligibility & Requirements:
  • Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Post-Graduate.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 34 years.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of banking/NBFC experience.
  • Mandatory items: Smartphone, valid two-wheeler driving license, and a personal bike. [1, 2, 3]


SALARY - 20 CTC, 15K NET + ESI , PF
