Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Essex Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Visit potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products in detail.
• Consistently follow up with leads and inquiries.
• Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcoming objections.

2. Dealer Onboarding:

• Identify and onboard new dealers.
• Train dealers on our product portfolio, pricing, and processes.
• Foster strong partnerships with dealers to drive mutual success.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

• Generate leads through dealer networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions.
• Explore new construction projects and engage with decision-makers.
• Strategically expand our business footprint in the assigned geography.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
