Job Description – Field Officer (FOS) Division: MCA
Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Designation: Field Officer (FOS)
Number of Openings: 10
Salary: Up to ₹3.3 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a lending background or loan sales department
Gender: Male
Age Limit: 21–35 Years
Qualification: 10th Pass to Any Degree
Language Required: Tamil
About the RoleFreechargeBiz is hiring experienced Field Officers (FOS) for its Coimbatore location. Candidates must have prior experience in lending or loan sales and be comfortable with field-based activities.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire potential customers for loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Conduct field visits and support customer verification.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and repayments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in lending or loan sales is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Must be proficient in Tamil.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales activities.
