Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment. Continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project needs are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with cloud-based development platforms and agile software development practices.
- Strong understanding of full stack development including frontend and backend technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
