About the Role

Simba Fitness is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Gym Trainer to help members achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional training experience in a premium fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans.
• Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
• Provide one-on-one personal training and floor support.
• Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Assist with functional training and group fitness sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout area.
• Build strong relationships with members and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Promote personal training packages and support membership conversions.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and report maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer (Freshers with certification may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and exercise programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an added advantage.
