We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide high‑quality care to patients in their homes. You will monitor health, administer treatments, assist with daily needs, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure patient well‑being.
Job Opportunity: Home Care Nurse
Location: Patient’s Home / Assigned Area (Coimbatore or nearby regions)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care as per care plan
- Monitor vital signs & patient condition
- Administer medications, injections, IVs, and wound/catheter care
- Support patients with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate records & report health changes
- Educate patients/families on hygiene, nutrition & treatment
- Uphold infection‑control and safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists & caregivers
- Provide emotional support and respond to emergencies
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid license
- Prior home‑care/clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication & independent work skills
- Compassionate, flexible to work in flexible hours, including night shifts when required, and trustworthy
