Job Description
Manage recruitment and hiring activities, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
Manage employee joining, exit, and related formalities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and company procedures.
Support employee engagement and resolve day-to-day employee concerns.
Assist in performance management and appraisal activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
