• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
• Track employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
• Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Help prepare HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies.
• Skills RequiredGood verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• EligibilityMBA HR / MSW HR / BBA HR / B.Com or any relevant degree.
