Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for both factory/blue collar and office/white collar employees in a rubber manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & StaffingHire blue collar: operators, helpers, molders, QC, maintenance for rubber mixing, molding, extrusionHire white collar: production, engineering, quality, sales, accounts, purchaseCampus hiring, job portals, contractor coordination for contract labor2. Employee Relations & ComplianceHandle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum WagesManage attendance, shifts, overtime, leave for factory staffGrievance handling, discipline, union/contractor coordination3. HR OperationsPayroll coordination, salary processing, CTC structureOnboarding, induction, training on safety, PPE, 5S for shopfloorHRMS, records, audits, and statutory filings4. Performance & EngagementAppraisals, KPI tracking for white collarProductivity incentives, welfare measures for blue collarDrive safety culture and employee engagement activities
