Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machines as per production requirements.
  • Load and unload raw materials/components into the machine.
  • Set and adjust basic machine parameters as required.
  • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities.
  • Check finished components for quality and accuracy.
  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain production output and meet daily production targets.
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • Report machine breakdowns, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area and follow 5S and safety procedures.
  • Maintain production records and inspection reports.
  • EligibilityQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Candidates with experience in CNC / VMC / HMC / Lathe machine operation will be preferred.
