Job Description – Field Marketing Executive

Location: Kovaipudur, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹30,000 - 70,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

• Job ResponsibilitiesPromote the company’s home healthcare and elderly care services to potential customers.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, and other healthcare facilities to develop business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for home care services.
• Explain the company’s services to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers to obtain patient referrals.
• Conduct field visits, follow up on leads, and convert potential clients into customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local business opportunities.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and maintain records of leads, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Achieve monthly marketing targets and contribute to business growth.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in field marketing, hospital marketing, or home healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, home care agencies, or healthcare service providers will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and potential clients.
• Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
• Strong lead-generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
