Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and execute marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and content teams for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other business stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
