Area of Responsibility: • Analyse the issue identified. • Check for logs & debug the issue. • Troubleshoot & triage the issue. • Coordinate with concern stake holders for issue resolution. • Ensure to restore the service or arrange for remedy. • Open bridge calls for major incidents (P1). • Track issues till closure. • Coordinate with required stake holders for root cause, corrective & preventive actions.
