1. Job SummaryKAGAW Chocolates & Bakes is looking for passionate and dedicated Pastry Trainees who are eager to learn the art of French pastry, bakery production, and dessert preparation. This position offers hands-on training in a professional bakery environment, enabling candidates to develop their technical skills, creativity, and product knowledge.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing French pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.
• Learn and perform mixing, baking, filling, decorating, and finishing techniques.
• Follow recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production schedules.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Assist senior chefs with new product development and recipe trials.
• Monitor ingredient usage, storage, and stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery production team and follow instructions from senior chefs.

3. Educational QualificationsCandidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Diploma in Pastry and Bakery.
• Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery or an equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute.
