Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, passionate and customer-focused Personal Trainers to join our Cult.fit fitness centres in Gurgaon.
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for understanding clients' fitness goals, designing personalized workout programs, delivering high-quality one-on-one training and helping clients achieve sustainable fitness results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand individual client goals, needs and preferences.
Design personalized workout and fitness programs based on client requirements.
Deliver effective one-on-one Personal Training sessions.
Demonstrate exercises with correct form and technique.
Motivate and guide clients throughout their fitness journey.
Monitor and track client progress regularly.
Provide feedback and modify training programs based on client progress.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Promote Personal Training services and generate new PT clients.
Retain existing clients by delivering consistent results and excellent service.
Maintain daily reporting and required client/training records.
Contribute to the overall fitness community and brand experience at the centre.
