🧺 Hiring: Laundry Pressman
Location: Coimbatore – Race Course
Industry: 5-Star Hotel
Position: Laundry Pressman
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Press and iron hotel linen, uniforms, guest garments and other laundry items.
- Operate steam irons, pressing machines and other laundry equipment safely.
- Ensure proper finishing, folding and presentation of all garments and linen.
- Check clothes and linen for stains, damages or defects before and after pressing.
- Maintain quality standards as per 5-star hotel requirements.
- Handle garments carefully to avoid damage or burns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry/pressing area.
- Coordinate with laundry team members and supervisors for smooth daily operations.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety and grooming standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel laundry/pressing is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit and able to handle continuous standing work.
- Responsible, hardworking and punctual.
