Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior and Senior Sales Executive in residential real estate project sales, specifically villas and apartments. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, site visits, client follow-ups, and closing sales for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential projects (villas & apartments)
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful closures
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units
• Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, documentation, finance) for smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of villas and apartment projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally during site visits
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Self-motivated and team-oriented

Preferred Requirements

• Preferred: Male and Female candidates.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)
