Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Hotel/Restaurant Operations

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The candidate should have good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly.
- Supervise staff and coordinate with different departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain inventory, stock records, and wastage control.
- Coordinate billing and cash-handling activities.
- Support recruitment, staff training, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: diploma in hotel management
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
