Job Description
Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented candidates to join our jewellery showroom in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Jewellery or retail sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication is essential; English knowledge is an advantage.
- Customer-friendly attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 weekly day off .
