Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to manage our financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle day-to-day financial operations, including GST, TDS, payroll, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.

·      Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.

·      Prepare GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports.

·      Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and follow up on collections.

·      Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and MIS.

·      Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, bills, and financial documents.

·      Support external audits and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

·      Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.

·      Manage payroll-related entries and timely disbursal.

·      Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reporting.
