Job Description

Responsibilities :


  1. Project Execution - Scheduling , work planning , and Monitoring.
  2. Construction Drawings & Design - Ability to read interpret and explain drawings.
  3. Quality control & Standards - IS codes, Material testing , Construction Specification.
  4. AutoCAD & software tools - MS Excel, MS Project .
  5. Safety Management - Site safety practices, risk management .
  6. Supervision of Labor and subcontractors.
  7. Checking Daily progress reports (DPR).
  8. Checking shuttering , reinforcement , concreting ,plastering and finishing progress and work.
  9. Material Management - Ensure timely procurement and proper use.
  10. Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients.
  11. Team management , Time management , Adaptability
