Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Project Execution - Scheduling , work planning , and Monitoring.
- Construction Drawings & Design - Ability to read interpret and explain drawings.
- Quality control & Standards - IS codes, Material testing , Construction Specification.
- AutoCAD & software tools - MS Excel, MS Project .
- Safety Management - Site safety practices, risk management .
- Supervision of Labor and subcontractors.
- Checking Daily progress reports (DPR).
- Checking shuttering , reinforcement , concreting ,plastering and finishing progress and work.
- Material Management - Ensure timely procurement and proper use.
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Team management , Time management , Adaptability
